BOXING & KICK BOXING
Our boxing and kick boxing programs are designed to offer maximum cardio and fitness benefit in the shortest amount of time. Your trainer will guide you through a workout that will suit all fitness levels. Most of your work will be done on the heavy bag so you will need hand wraps and gloves. All classes end with ab work. By far our most popular group fitness offering, our boxing and kick boxing classes will be sure to provide a fun challenge!
